In 1970 our parents, Dino and Cira, decided to join forces with the hope of building a foundation for their children's future.

This is how Il Trofiaio was born: with a small shop on the outskirts of Genoa, in via Terpi.

Mom and dad have always told us that the goodness of the products was a matter of raw materials of the best quality, of patience, but, above all, of the love used to have them: this has always been our philosophy as artisans and as people.

Today, after more than 50 years, we have not yet been able to thank them enough for having transmitted to us the love for fresh pasta, the spirit of sacrifice and union that has allowed us to grow their business.

What we do every day, however, for them and for all our customers, is to continue to put this strong feeling into what we produce.

Thanks to the perseverance and collaboration of a staff that for us is one big family, we are now present in different areas of the city:

• Piazza Colombo 10-12 (Genoa Center)

We thank all our customers: those who have been loyal to us for decades, those who have recently discovered us and those who will choose us from now on.
